Shipping policy

To preserve freshness, this product is kept frozen until shipped. We highly recommend refreezing upon receipt until ready to enjoy. To reduce thawing and ensure optimal quality please consider Priority shipping or 2-day Air. While we aim to ensure products are delivered under optimal conditions, extreme weather conditions are out of our control.

As such, we do not allow returns, exchanges or credits for products impacted from thawing. If this does occur, after refreezing, the nutritional value and taste of Baeho should not be impacted.
